I started in Geek Squad and worked my way up to a district support role as a Deployment Functionality Technician. In that role I was the primary low voltage technician for all north-east PA locations, responsible for:• Basic layer 1 & 2 networking, workstation troubleshooting, and re-imaging.• The installation and maintenance of all in-store demo equipment, including various A/V setups, security systems to prevent the theft of demo product, and the demo closed circuit TV/radio loop at each of my stores.• Supervising the team that sets weekly planograms throughout each of the stores in my region.
