EarnIn is an exciting fast growing "Series C" FinTech company headquartered in Palo Alto, California.I was on boarded as EarnIn's Principal Engineering Recruiter, and headed up the recruiting efforts for the Engineering Dept, working closely with our CTO and the Engineering Managers & Directors.I was predominantly focused on placing Staff/Senior level Backend Microservices Software Engineers over the past 3 years, but also placed several Platform Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps/SREs and Security Engineers. I managed the full life cycle from sourcing through to hire.In the early more challenging days, I identified key problems /obstacles with resolutions, which enabled EarnIn to compete more competitively while closing more offers in an "employee driven market" during the "great resignation". I accomplished this by developing better sourcing/screening/closing processes, which in turn enabled EarnIn to thrive in recruiting SWEs especially over the past couple of years. EarnIn grew from around 150 employees to over 350 employees during my tenure, with over half the company new growth being software engineers which I was primarily responsible for closing.Reason for Leaving: After 3 years at EarnIn (as FTE), it was time to move on. As a Lead Engineering & Technical Recruiter, I thrive better in a more challenging/unstructured startup environment whereby I can help create and implement the necessary processes, from attracting candidates to sourcing, screening and closing candidates.

Single-handedly filled all iOS/Android Mobile positions without help from Agencies or Sourcers.Contract Recruiter at Electronic Arts: Headed up recruiting efforts for Data Platform group. Created unique scheduling algorithm based on the Client's business needs during peak and off-peak times- Hewlett Packard: Technical Architect for their NADO (North America Distribution Operation) System.
