As a lifelong resident of Charlotte County area, Steve is well respected in the community and by his peers. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate from Florida State University, and a Master of Art's Degree in Real Estate Appraisal from the University of Florida. Steve has been providing exceptional and professional commercial real estate services in the area since 1996, and hails from a prominent real estate family that has been in the real estate business in Charlotte County since 1972. Steve has earned the coveted CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, designation, and his knowledge of the real estate market goes beyond brokerage and investment services as he also has earned the MAI, Member of the Appraisal Institute, appraisal designation and is a partner with Riverside Appraisal Services, Inc. Steve has been a speaker at the Association of Realtors District 13 Conference, Southwest Florida CCIM Commercial Real Estate Outlook Conference, as well as other local real estate related events. He currently serves as Chairman of the Commercial Broker's Group of the local Board of Realtors, was a Founder and served on the Board of Directors of Calusa National Bank, a past member on the Board of Trustees of Bayfront Health Punta Gorda Hospital, and served on the Board of Directors of the Charlotte County YMCA. Steve has a strong commitment to the local area, the real estate industry, and supports many community activities.
