Supply Chain Director for Tesco Poland and have been in this role for 2 years, there are over 400 stores. Role is to improve on shelf availability, keep stock holding to budget, ensure known loss is under control and to manage both the capacity and capability of the Distribution network.

Program managed the Hard lines transition from local direct deliveries in each Central European country to one of centralised distribution with one dedicated hard lines DC in Slovakia that would trunk to local DC's in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey

Led the supply chain team in the Republic of Ireland to integrate all systems and distribution into the mainstream UK business, also helped establish processes and routines that allowed for better availability and lower stock loss while maintaining a great range of products for customers

Managed the Store Ordering team including all day to day ordering management and promotions for Core UK business. This would include the managing of the UK ordering systems for both suppliers to DC and DC to Store ensuring great on shelf availability.Managed all events from the centre allowing no store intervention to systems, there is about 100 events a year ranging from local events like Carnivals though to ethnic events like Eid or Diwali on to the Major UK Events like Christmas and Easter.Keeping the Network flowing with good forecasting for transport and labour planning ensuring that we never exceeded the capacity of the Distribution Centres even at busy times.

Various roles throughout Central Europe but all within Supply chain.Managed the implementation and training of the in store replenishment systems and processes into the opening of the first Hypermarkets in each of the four CE Countries.Managed the role out and implementation of the current ordering system in all 4 European countries in which Tesco Operate.
