Steve is Executive Chairman, Founder and CEO of Blue4 International Limited and Glowinkowski International Ltd. Also, a co-founding Director of Quintillion Cognitive Technologies. Steve has worked in the field of leadership and organisational development as a consultant together with conducting behavioural and psychological research for over 40 years. The key focus is the development of behaviour capability which helps senior organisational leaders implement change and create the climate and cultures which deliver success – how you model, measure and implement behaviour of the senior team which is required to take strategy into action. As an international consultant, Steve has worked across most sectors. This has been with full global reach including the Americas, East and Western Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. Steve has also worked extensively with young adults from both school and university environments. In this, the Global Predisposition Indicator (GPI) has been developed and adapted to help young people with their career thinking, learning, well-being and relationships. This work has recently been adapted to form the fundamental underpinning of the Quintillion app Q.Steve has published as an author and co-author in numerous academic and business publications. He has been Honorary Professor at the University of Essex Business School and Institute for Democracy and Conflict Resolution and Visiting Professor at Glyndŵr University.Steve is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and member of the British Psychological Society Divisions of Health and Occupational Psychology.
