About Steve Goring

My 34 years in the construction industry has gained me considerable experience. I can analyze any given situation to determine exactly what is required, who will have to do it, how they will complete the task, and when it will be done. I have estimated and project managed all aspects of construction including determining local government requirements, conceptual design, design development, estimating (including budget analysis), sub-contractor negotiations, scheduling, and site management to insure that all projects are completed as originally intended.In addition to this, I have also excelled in my ability to present all aspects of any project to Clients, Senior Executives, and/or Committees via Power Point presentations, Excel spread sheets, schedules, etc. I am the “go to guy” for anything related to my projects.
