RESULT: All issues preventing implementation were resolved, allowing integration of Variation Simulation Analysis directly into CATIA functionality.Brainstorming: Identified all failure modes for designs during ongoing team meetings. RESULT: Teams produced detailed and complete Design Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (DFMEAs) that guided designs toward reduced risk.Streamlining: Co-developed a methodology and tools to allow CAD data to be imported directly into tolerance analysis models.
