Currently, as Technical Director at Ayesa (formerly ByrneLooby), I manage and drive business performance for the Marine and Coastal Division in Ireland and the UK. My focus areas include inland waterways, ports and harbours, leisure facilities, and offshore marine projects. I am responsible for the business unit's P&L, strategy development and implementation, recruitment and resourcing, project and stakeholder management, planning and approvals, technical oversight, and project delivery.
