I provide continuous feedback and coaching while we implement the updated plan, measuring results against expectations to ensure we realize maximum value and growth.For companies experiencing sales challenges, such as flat, declining, or even unexpected growth, I identify the challenges and implement a plan to solve them, creating a growth platform they can manage within the company after I am done. For most companies, the ROI is a 30% growth in the first year after implementation - this investment is robust.For some owners who want to exit, whether for retirement or other reasons, I build a process to facilitate the transition so next-generation leaders or new owners can step in and continue the growth.
