Having always been self employed in one way shape or form, I've learned all aspects of business from first hand experience. My first ventures were no capital start-ups out of need and later discovered I had a knack for it. Over the last 35 years I've started many successful "project" companies which were designed for a specific intent and with a shelf life, as recognizing the longevity of a service or product is critical for a profitable exit strategy. I am fortunate enough to have my great loves of construction, consulting and sales all present in my current long term interests:Ecolife Development, Project West Media and the myriad of interactions between them. My skills have all been naturally developed live and in the field. I am very fortunate to have a natural ability for quick accurate analysis of the motivations, needs and processes of both my clients and the other side of the table. I make it a point to try and learn something about someone else's business and their thought processes everyday and look at all perspectives working in as many fields as possible from every angle to develop 360 degree perspective that provides a great advantage in problem solving and negotiating to equitable resolutions. My highlight reel of successfully rendered services:Consulting for almost anything includingLEED Accredited Professional ConsultingProject Management Owners representationTroubleshooting and contingency responseCreative Marketing and Direct SalesSpecification and contract writingManagement and Employee TrainingProcurement and Inventory Management Job Efficiency and Time RecaptureBusiness Relationship DevelopmentClient RetentionConflict Resolution and MediationMaintaining a resource contingency for almost any situation that a client may encounter. My rule is the answer is never "No". No one knows everything, therefore I always have a resource or relationship on my team that will find the answers every time.
