As the Director of Production at Helinet Aviation Services, I led the day-to-day operations of the Aerial Production division, overseeing all aspects of equipment, personnel, and client relations. I supervised a team of 2 direct reports and 10-15 freelance contractors, and ensured the quality and profitability of every project. I also bid, controlled, and actualized budgets up to USD 5-million, and provided support to other departments to ensure minimal impact to service. Prior to that, I was the Head of Production at Raucous Content, where I was directly responsible for business development, bidding, and awarding projects for our roster of creative talent. I also managed and assessed schedules, reports, risks, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness. I brought in 98% of all projects with a 25-30% profit margin, and implemented remote protocols for production continuity. I am a former non-commissioned officer in the United States Army, where I learned the importance of teamwork and flexible leadership under mission-critical timelines. I am fluent in Spanish, English, and German, and have excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills.
