Current• Ordering and administrate functions associated with the cell site equipment and inventory of wireless equipment in the Texas and Oklahoma region • Delivered daily equipment order status to operations and management• Manage vendors to meet targeted network milestones, provides timely feedback and clearly communicate turn-up dates to customers• Provide support to Project Managers, Sr Equipment Engineers, and RF Engineers in compliance, RF configurations, and ready-to-construct timelines• Work with staging facility to ensure inventory is properly, picked, and shipped in a timely manner in order to maintain a high efficiency and productivity• Create and receive on equipment purchase orders ensuring the accuracy of the order, and quickly resolve any discrepancies with partial approvals • Analyze and receive invoices and ensure proper documentation is sent to account payable • Reviewing site survey reports with a focus on measurements, power readings, HVAC assessments, photos, drawings, issues, and recommendations for upgrade projects
