I was responsible for writing a Python framework for automated system testing and load/stress testing the cloud solution. We use a Continuous Integration system for unit and functional testing.Annai Systems also created a BioCompute Farm for processing data from CGHUB using OpenStack. I was responsible for writing automated tests to verify VM, storage, and OS image functionality as well as test network throughput.
