I am a Global leader of IT Product Teams which produce new capabilities for our businesses to ensure our competitive edge. I work in a large and diverse environment while partnering closely with the businesses and product owners! My approach is to deeply understand our customers needs, as well as the underlying architecture and Agile development processes that can deliver exactly what we need when the opportunity strikes.In my previous professional experience I have had a variety of roles. These include being an Advisor to global teams of developers building customer focused digital Products, and was a Leader within Cargill's IT organization for Cargill's IM, Email Messaging/Mobility environments, global Audio/Video/Web Conferencing and Creative Media Technologies.
