Workplace Computing Service Manager- in this role I manage Enterprise IT strategy regarding "End to End" services in the personal device space (Laptops, Desktops and Mobility service offerings). This strategy is designed to deliver our service with excellence to all end users, in every global region, while aligning to our organizations business needs and cross-functional requirements. A key focus is business partnering with regional IT staff, the 3rd party technology provider and business representatives to ensure our services align to business needs. I work with all levels of the organization, providing strategic thought leadership, cost analysis, pricing strategy, demand management, process facilitation and mentorship to others in order to drive results.Additionally, I am an End User Computing Technology Integration Advisor and act as a subject matter expert for delivering End User Computing technologies and remote desktop support. A portion of my time is also aligned to Enterprise Architecture, where I served as the Extended Architect for Unified Communications.We launched Microsoft Lync to unify the collaboration tools experience in Cargill. This helps our company achieve it's vision/strategy of being the Partner of Choice by allowing customers to interact with us in a simple/seamless way, wherever they are. It also enhances how we do business internally, by delivering tools that are easily deployed and with multiple modes of communication capability at the employees fingertips.The Media Services/Global Conferencing team provides critical services to Cargill in the communications space. These services include interactive Audio/Web and Video conferencing, conference room support and Media Productions which produces broadcast ready communications through audio and video media. Our services include a creative and artistic team that leverages it's business acumen to help the corporation deliver strategic messages to their intended audience.

Supervisor and Service Owner for Cargill's End User Services team. I provided leadership to two teams in this capacity: Cargill Global Office and Media Services. These teams deliver Audio/Web/Video conferencing, Media Productions, Email messaging, Blackberry, Faxing and Secure File Transfer solutions for Cargill's global enterprise (55,000+ end users). In this position I had global responsibility for future strategy, project sponsorship/delivery, ITSM service delivery, manage the global budget for these services, coordinate direct reports workloads, owned customer education/training and satisfaction.

Cargill is a large multi-national corporation employing more than 160,000 employees. My department holds responsibility for product lifecycle management of information technologies leveraged in North America as well as globally within the corporation. This position requires demand/revenue management for these products, internal marketing campaigns, brand management and Global Services Catalogue product governance. As a Product Manager, I am responsible for Solution Introduction, Pricing Strategies and Product Lifecycle Management for the portfolio of products in two areas:1) The "Applications Infrastructure" space: Email, Instant Messaging, Blackberry, Application Integrations, Web & Application Hosting and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Sharepoint.2) End User Computing: helpdesk services, client support and client project management.

I help bring new talent into Cargill by recruiting both interns and new professionals in the IT industry. At one time our recruiting teams had the goal of bringing in 100 new interns/employes. I helped champion the successful proposal to donate $50,000 to NDSU for building a Group Decision Center. I also helped "career coach" prospective students on Cargill job opportunities and IT industry trends while providing advice to the the MIS/Accounting staff of that University while on various committees.

Our Global Financial Solutions team is responsible for the global implementation and deployment/management of the corporations core J.D. Edwards Financial Software. In this role, I work with regional delivery leads on code customizations or configuration/troubleshooting consultations. I managed daily workload, activity prioritization and performance management of company employees as well as a number of external contract resources. We develop new features custom for Cargill as well as configure and manage integrations for the deployed J.D. Edwards software. I was leveraged as a Technical Architect for new software construction projects and Technical Lead on implementations, large complex code builds and upgrade projects.
