In 2005, Codeworx was started with the vision of creating a new online gaming platform. Along with a partner, a small technical team was assembled and work began on a 12 month project to produce a poker platform. The platform was written in Java, having a download client (using Adobe flash) for the player interface.In 2006, this platform was launched and operated with the first white label being poker.com.
