Provide professional support for the creation, development and implementation of system-wide training modules and programs for managers and staff that support the Talent Management and Staff Development's system-wide mission and objectives.Serves as a functional expert in the field of staff development and training; regularly takes the lead on Talent.

• Created engaging e-learning modules to support host families of international educational/cultural exchange programs. Utilized instructional design principles to prioritize audience needs, define instructional goals.
• Created a web 2.0 community of practice for employees and clients to share information, collaborate and grow a knowledge network. Site included: blog feeder, wiki, discussion forums, instructional videos and other.

Identified weaknesses in the Airtreks new employee training program and completely redesigned it to include more hands-on experience, subject matter experts, tests, and accountability. Resulted in shortening the ramp up time of new employees by two months and a promotion to Training CoordinatorConducted thorough performance analysis of employee actual.

Coordinated travel arrangements for San Francisco International Film Festival 1999-2003. Other corporate clients included Monster Cable, Great Place to Work, Silicon Genetics, AI Architecture, and the San Francisco Butoh Festival. Resulted in promotion to corporate accounts manager.

Informed the public of Red Cross services and special events through radio, print, and television. This included writing press releases, newsletter articles, public service announcements, and calling media during times of disaster. Also, organized and solicited sponsorship for special events.Resulted in increased awareness of Red Cross events and services
