This led to higher physician and patient satisfaction in the continuum of care and contributed to improved operating margins.

Spearheaded the implementation of 2 product solutions for 84 hospitals within a 9 month period. This program involved reengineering the deployment model to leverage tools for product build automation that scaled with a centralized command center capable of supporting up to 10 concurrent hospital go-lives. Key Achievement(s):Due to the success of the program CHS received $400M of incentive compensation from the federal government.

Directed the development of stage 2 application solutions for 84 Tier 1 hospitals owned and operated by CHS. Established a department of 26 professionals to focus on MedHost product development that aligned with CHS’s organizational objectives. Led a project that replaced 54 iSeries AS400s and upgraded the remaining with the latest iSeries IBM operating system R7.1 to support 114 hospitals and 6 core systems.

Spearheaded the development of an industry changing SaaS EHR called Catalyst® which was designed for the correctional healthcare vertical. This multi-tenant architecture enabled new business growth without the purchase of additional back end hardware. Installed Catalyst at over 40 facilities across the nation. Contracted with 40 vendors to deliver state-of-the-art technology to customers that improved their ability to provide quality patient care. Key Achievement(s): To complete the Catalyst project increased staffing from 20 to 62 full time employees.  The success of Catalyst grew new business while providing a higher quality of care to patients. Named as co-inventor of Catalyst in the patent pending application serial # 12/895,231.

 Implemented technologies and policies to ensure HIPAA compliance throughout the organization.  Built a multi-data center environment that guaranteed customers 99.9% up-time.
