I lead a world class team of engineers designing, building and deploying technology driven products into the US direct-to-consumer insurance market, covering the home, motor and Medicare sectors. Alongside the consumer apps I’m responsible for the broader platform supporting agent and back office systems including agency sales portals, customer data collection, large-scale analytical environments and BI tooling.Being part of a small team my day-to-day activities cover a lot of ground; from systems architecture & design, model development, technology selection and supplier management through code reviews, data & analytical engineering, InfoSec & compliance activities.
