Recording was stored for each question to limit re-querying the TTS API.➤ Built a new process to accept webhooks from a customers’ CRM package that would disable call recordings when customer agents were retrieving customer credit card information. This was automatic for the customer agents based on what fields in the CRM they currently had in focus.➤ Built and deployed a method to do voicemail transcription via STT services automatically within FreePBX and email the translation and original voicemail recording to the recipient.➤ Built a custom CRM for a customer that included intelligent call identification, call reconciliation, and billing.
