Innovative solution increased the number of content releases from 2 to 6 per year, reduced lead time required for customers from 9-12 months to 2 and reduced QA resources required in Global Center by 38% resulting in an annual savings of $550K.- Designed low cost, highly resilient, advanced consumer and dispenser performance analytics solution to drive Freestyle dispenser sales and service efficiency using Amazon Web Services technology stack with S3, Kinesis Firehose, and Redshift. New platform resulted in a $400K annual cost savings and a 45% increase in uptime.- Led effort to redesign data ingestion process for event and consumption data which transformed and sent it to downstream systems. Effort removed 2 points of failure, reduced data sent to SAP by 96% and leveraged AWS Redshift to convert data. Resulted in $1M annual savings/cost avoidance. • Automated dispenser installation process in Salesforce. Reduced average install time from 75 days to 30 days saving an estimated $1.5M annually and increased customer satisfaction by 38% percent.- Partnered with Freestyle Marketing team to bring to life new and engaging consumer experiences via the Coca-Cola Freestyle mobile app. Managed multiple releases and saw Apple App store ratings move from 2.8 to 4.1. Led effort to re-design back end to an AWS centric architecture resulting in performance improvements of 25-35% at login while reducing outages reduced by 45% YOY.
