I am a very experienced senior executive leadership coach. I work with Chief Executives, Managing Directors and Senior Executives, helping them build and maintain high performing leadership teams. I have wide business and consultancy experience and excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. I am equally happy working one to one or in a team coach role – focusing on the leadership team and the interactions within it.I help senior leaders maintain their career trajectory, I work with senior executives who are going through a difficult time and I guide and develop younger emerging leaders through to the next level of their development. I often act as a “thought partner”, providing people at the top of their organisations the opportunity to talk through concerns and ideas with someone who can listen and facilitate their thinking and reflection.My style is challenging, practical, business-focused and very effective. I help to stimulate and embed deep changes in behaviour and performance – transforming clients’ personal and business achievements. I also have particular interests in innovation, strategy and entrepreneurship.I have a First Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College and I am an NLP Business Practitioner. I am a Fellow and past Chairman of the British American Project, a transatlantic leadership development and networking organisation.Married to Michèle, with three grown up children, I spend as much time as possible messing around in boats.
