An experienced facilitator and executive business coach, my business Asking Better Questions, aims to inspire curiosity, provide clarity and instigate action among the business leaders and teams we work with in the UK and internationally. As an ex-naval officer, engineer, landlord and shopkeeper, photocopier salesman, economic development advisor and print industry man, there aren’t many situations in business and life I haven't come across and tackled with an ever present enthusiasm to make things work.It's important to me to use a blend of humour, knowledge and insight from real world experience to help people develop behaviours that get things done. Transforming team’s strategic thinking and finding what makes people tick are just two of the coaching specialties I can offer.Drawing from over three decades in industry, around the globe, I use natural curiosity and a passion for people to quickly build rapport, trust and confidence among the people I meet.
