The past three years have been incredibly exciting! The opportunity to create a number of educational platforms including The ASCL Toolkit, The SMID Report and VocatEd have been fantastic ongoing challenges. Having built up a large amount of experience from teaching and working in school leadership, the development of software to support education has been an extremely positive experience. The software I have created is now used in over 1000 schools to support data analysis, recruitment, and CPD. The majority of schools are UK based with a number of international schools also included. I have now begun a process of sharing expertise through speaking at live events, webinars and school CPD sessions. Focusing particularly on schools developing strong leadership when introducing new aspects to teacher development, reducing workload, high impact strategies to improve student outcomes and retention and recruitment strategies.
