About Steve Hunt, Cpcu, Arm, Cxlt

I have been a practicing safety professional for 45 years and have been a forensic safety expert for 22 of those years. In addition to degree programs completed, I have taken well over 1,000 hours of continuing education in the field of safety and loss prevention during my career. I have been court qualified and testified in deposition and trial as an expert in safety and risk management, fall safety, incident investigation, and codes and standards. Approximately 80% of my cases have involved premises liability - slips, trips and falls. As a forensic safety consultant my case work has involved slip, trip and falls on same level at premises and falls from elevations at construction sites and other operations. I have also analyzed Safety Programs including the roles, duties and responsibilities of participants.
