I am in charge of sales and helping manage the client experience at the Roger Bentley Allstate Agency in sunny Mesa, AZ. I am licensed in auto, home, life and business insurance and have been for about 20 years now.The 4 licensed agents in the Roger Bentley Allstate Agency have a combined 100 years of experience. I assist Rich Davis and his agencies staff members reach out to Allstate clients and ensure that they are receiving the total protection Allstate offers. As life insurance and retirement sales manager I monitor, motivate and coach agency sales staff. I foster communicate with and initiate and manage working relationships with clients, agents, staff, underwriting and sales leadership. I draw from my extensive knowledge of Allstate quoting systems, business processes and sales operations to help the staff of the Davis agencies be the trusted advisors their clients deserve.

I have over 15 years experience in the property and casualty and life/health/disability insurance industry. Through Allstate and its affiliates I offered life insurance, annuities, retirement and college savings products. Allstate is in the business of protection. I helped my clients protect important things like their income and retirement.I also represented the Allstate Benefits (AB) channel which offers multiple products and a variety of plans for businesses of all sizes. Group Voluntary products included Universal Life, Term Life, Cancer and Specified Disease, Long and Short Term Disability, Dental, Accident, two Hospital Indemnity plans, Critical Illness, Major Medical Complement (GAP) and a Vision plan.

I managed the same Allstate office that I previously owned but then later sold to Ken Jensen. I enjoyed helping clients secure insurance protection for the things that were important to them. This included auto, home, business, life insurance and retirement planning. I took care of the day to day operations of this Orem insurance agency.

I published a Spanish language LDS/Christian/family values themed magazine for Hispanics and others along Utah's Wasatch Front. As magazine editor I directed the production and performance of my magazine's staff in the production and distribution of 7 issues of online and print magazine. I developed a website and blog and employed a subscription company to help me manage online subscriptions. I utilized social media outlets to market the magazine including Facebook and LinkedIn. Along with online distribution I oversaw the growth of the distribution channel to about 25 locations where the magazine was available for consumers.

I owned and managed a busy Allstate agency that I started from zero clients and grew to about 1500 households. For most of the 10 years I was an agency owner I managed a staff of great employees. I enjoyed working with clients in finding the right insurance protection at the right price. I marketed my agency in the community by being involved in various civic and business groups. Of course this involved utilizing strict marketing resource allocation and analyzing expected return on investment. During my time as an Allstate agent I researched and developed best practices in outreach to Hispanic community as approximately 60% of clients were Spanish speakers.
