I am a licensed insolvency practitioner who has worked within the insolvency profession since 2000, having before that worked for 5 years at NatWest Bank. I have worked for a number of firms and have a broad range of experience, to include dealing with high profile bankruptcies, providing advice to institutional creditors/government bodies to directors of SME businesses. I find that one of the most satisfying elements of my role is being able to provide solutions to different stakeholders, be that assisting in the collection of assets in a fraud matter, or helping a director navigate their duties to ensure that they do not take any action to their detriment.
