Built strong relationships with Welsh Government, leadership of Local Authorities, regional digital champions and regeneration stakeholders. - Led commercial strategy and engaged key advisers to develop contractual framework. Competitively procured key Build Partners on long-term framework agreements.- Developed wider procurement strategy, systems and logistics. Quickly identified core vendors and onboarded suppliers of Big Ticket active and passive equipment. - Found urgent innovative solutions to deal with the combined challenges of increased competitor activity, an ‘overheating’ sector and hyper-inflation on delivery costs- Overcame these challenges to deliver network ahead of programme and under budget.- Built a team of 50 direct labour Engineers to install customers. Developed a best-in-class onboarding process and training in the ‘Ogi Way’ that has seen NPS customer satisfaction survey results consistently above 4.7 out of 5.- Developed strategy and oversaw delivery of a 20-year concession with Welsh Government for installation of a fibre network from England to Wales on M4 and trunk roads.
