Thank you for visiting my profile. I am the Director of IT for Amesbury MA. This is a full service IT department that covers all city departments as well as the school system. If you have any IT questions and would like to chat, I have over a quarter century of knowledge in the IT field and would be happy to speak with you. My expertise includes Windows server and Active Directory, Networking, VoIP, MS SQL Server, MS 365, Email, Routing, and IPSEC VPNs.On the home front, I'm an avid reader and enjoy everything from classic fantasy and science fiction to history and biographies. I'm also a tinkerer, my latest build is a solar furnace to take the edge off the cold in my garage using an Arduino, some sensors, and a whole lot of wood and aluminum downspouts. I've been an athlete from a young age and up until last year played competitive adult mens baseball, I also enjoy skating, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, swimming and mountain biking. As new New Hampshire residents with a primary residence in south eastern NH, we are building a life away from the city but still close enough to enjoy. We don't shy away from hard work and enjoy almost any outdoor activity. I'm also an author. You can find my latest novel in amazon under the pen name of Lewis Masters. The book title is Entangled Book 1 of the Chasing Light series.
