About Steve Mcdonald

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry I have developed Project Leadership and Advisory expertise across all major sectors including education (secondary and tertiary), biosciences, health, infrastructure, commercial, industrial, heritage, sport and recreation and retail. My adept team development allows smooth delivery by maintaining a coherent team of driven individuals all pursuing a single goal for clients. Currently focused on further developing the successful DCWC PM, QS and Advisory Business.Through my career to date, I have been fortunate enough to be responsible for delivering some of the most iconic projects in Australia and overseas notably; Murdoch University's New Academic Building, East Fremantle Oval Redevelopment and having delivered amongst others the new West Australian Institute of Sport (Project Management Achievement Award award winner), the Dockers and Eagles new Training Centres, Cockburn ARC (multi award winning), Scarborough Beach Pool (Project Management Achievement Award winner), excellence is my target.
