The Consulting Services division of Hy-Tek Intralogistics provides retailers (omnichannel and eCommerce fulfillment), wholesalers, consumer products companies, and third party logistics (3PL) providers with Supply Chain Operations services. Our Integrated Systems division specializes in the design and implementation of storage and material movement solutions, including robotics and advanced automation systems. Johnson Stephens Consulting (JSC) was a supply chain operations consultancy that provided clients with cost-effective, service-focused solutions. Services include supply chain network optimization, facility planning & design, WMS, TMS & LMS services, labor management engineering, LEAN distribution, and operations excellence. Founded in 2003, JSC professionals have completed over 500 projects and served over 200 different retailers, wholesalers, e-commerce/ direct to consumer companies, 3PLs, and consumer product distributors. JSC was acquired by Hy-Tek Material Handling, Inc. d/b/a Hy-Tek Intralogistics in January 2020 and is now the Hy-Tek Intralogistics Supply Chain Consulting division.

Managed & directed internal staff of industrial engineers supporting five distribution centers for Woodward & Lothrop/John Wanamaker Department Stores. Also served as Assistant to SVP - Store Planning & Operations Services responsible for the planning, design, implementation, and relocation to a new greenfield, build-to-suit corporate administrative headquarters.
