Transit Talent Solutions was set up as the public facing Recruitment Brand of Horizons Partners (HPL). HPL are part of the consortium that was awarded the Operations and Maintenance Contract of the Riyadh Metro Project. Currently under construction the Riyadh Metro is the largest project of its kind, 176kms of trackwork, 82 stations and 7 depots carrying over 1 million passengers a day. Medium term contract to set up the recruitment systems and processes for the sourcing of over 2500 candidates over the next 18 months. Main responsibilities have included advising on sourcing channels and branding, setting up our LinkedIn Recruiter account, compiling interview and assessment guidelines, developing a competency framework, managing company website and implementing a viable ATS system to cope with such vast numbers of candidates. I also manage a portfolio of open positions at management and director level. Achievements: • Design and implementation of best practice ATS system (iCIMs) • Design and administration of LinkedIn Business and Careers pages • Design and administration of company website• Operational management of recruitment team• Sourcing and selection of Operations, Engineering and Support teams for the project• Managing international assessment centers for mass recruitment and mobilisation requirementsSpecializations - Technical Engineering, Rail Specialists, Operations Managers, OHSE Specialists.
