Manufacturer of translucent skylight and wall panels similar to Kalwall products.Responsibilities included the creation and design to automate the entire Extech factory. This task included all of the manufactuing processes and equipment required to manufacture FRP translucent panels requiring a minimum amount of manual labor.Created 18 different automated machines and 32 processes to completely automate this factory and manufacturing processes. Lasers were incorporated into 6 of the machine designs to improve the quality and consistancy of the product throughout the manufacturing process.

Distributor of Detroit Diesel engines and power systems.Primary responsibilities included design of stand by power generation systems, power pumping and power transfer systems ranging from 18KW to 2.2MW.Extensive design of frame and mounting systems for Detroit Diesel, Kato, Delco and Barber Coleman power generation systems. Included design of high power electrical switching and disconnect systems with electronic controls.
