Specific areas of responsibility included Construction & Facilities functions and the Well Completion function. Business Analyst services provided include Business Process Flow and Business Requirements definition for the subject responsibility areas. Additional deliverables include Reporting Requirements definition and Gap Analysis of existing reporting compared to Wellcore reporting.

Provided Project Management services for a complex technical and business application developed for managing well header information at Devon Energy Corp. This entailed a formal selection process for master data management (MDM) software to be used company-wide and the technical implementation of the software specifically for the business management of well header information. In addition to providing traditional project management services for the project, also served as a business SME and application administrator. Technologies used in the project included: Collaboration Information Manager (CIM) the MDM tool from TIBCO, JMS messaging, SQL, Oracle, Oracle replication, and Informatica’s ETL.Provided consulting services at Devon Energy Corp. as the local resource for implementing a new Project Management Office (PMO) structure. Participated in PMO activities including: methodology training, project team mentoring, and project "spin-up" support.
