Stephen Kosc is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Engineering Technology. He joined DaimlerChrysler Corporation (Chrysler Corp) in 1998 and specialized in manufacturing/manufacturing improvements in his 9 years at the Newark Assembly Plant. He held increasing levels of responsibility as a Process Engineer, Production/Maintenance Planner, Direct Line Supervisor, and Production Manager. Over his last several years, Stephen worked as a Production Reliability Manager, and was often tasked to travel to sister plants to assist product launches, bottleneck-bust and support weaker production plants. He received his MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Goldey-Beacom College in 2002. In 2007, Stephen joined ILC Dover as a Sr Manufacturing Technologist; assisting the various business units with setups, efficiencies, and development duties. In 2013 he accepted a role as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, managing process development efforts with a small cross-functional team across the Engineering Solutions business unit. In 2016, Steve accepted the role of Director of Manufacturing (Engineered Solutions) where he controlled Manufacturing Engineering and Production responsibilities, along with Plant Facility accountabilities. Stephen has recently accepted the position of Sr Director of Engineering, where he will direct engineering across all of ILC's business units (Space, Pharma, Engineered Solutions and Packaging/PPE); along with the Materials and R&D groups.
