I am an attorney and musician. Almost 40 years in the law and a lifetime in music. I look forward to continuing to grow in both areas. As a lawyer, my goal is to provide the most thorough counsel to my clients and to provide a thoughtful and creative approach to any matter before me. I have experience in matters relating to property, including estate planning and administration as well as in environmental matters. My trial experience includes serving as lead or co-lead trial counsel in numerous state and federal actions, including multi-week trials involving alleged chemical releases and exposures; asbestos exposures; products liability actions;construction defect matters; insurance coverage matters; and handling suits under Superfund and the NJ Spill Act, including claims by the government for Natural Resource Damages. I have also been involved in disputes with the NJDEP on permits and alleged permit violations. In estate planning and administration I have experience in working with clients in matters of complex planning to minimize taxes, asset protection, trusts, and planning for family members with special needs. As a musician/songwriter, I focus on presenting my view of the world, relationships and, hopefully, the truth.
