Establish and build strong domestic distributor and reseller networks (including VARs, Systems Integrators, Corporate Resellers and E-Commerce (DMR) Resellers) for Sonnet’s entire lines of products. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement effective in-store marketing activities, such as mail-in rebate and product bundle promotions, advertising and marketing campaigns. Leverage exceptional interpersonal skills to create and maintain OEM relationships with various players while managing various aspects of the business related to OEM sales. Closely engage with in-house Product Management, Marketing and Packaging Design teams during the development and launch of new products and product lines. Provide excellent customer service while engaging with clients and collecting feedback to assess the ever-changing market conditions. Generate and share comprehensive weekly reports with the VP of sales and marketing while forecasting monthly and quarterly run rates. Train and coach the sales account executive to improve their skills and performance. Constantly identify and pursue new channel opportunities and co-manage the sales department in the absence of the Vice President of Sales.
