I am a legal recruiter who specializes in placing candidates in-house and at law firms of all sizes. My approach to recruiting is consultative. I guide candidates through the entire lifecycle of their job search, serving as a resource and sounding board. During the interview stage, I thoroughly prepare my candidates for their meetings, which helps minimize their stress and gives them a leg up on candidates who are working with less knowledgeable recruiters. When my candidates receive offers, I help them to negotiate the terms and, should they decide to accept, to navigate their departures from their current firms. If at any stage in the interview process my candidates decide that an opportunity is not the right fit and that they would like to withdraw, they will not receive any resistance from me. After all, I recognize that it’s the candidate’s search I’m facilitating, not my own.
