Provide student housing for members of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity a collegiate men's membership organization that is the nation’s tenth oldest collegiate fraternity founded at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Today the organization has grown to have a presence on more than 175 college and university campuses. There are more than 60,000 living alumni with an active undergraduate membership of more than 5,000.Notable accomplishments include: Led property acquisition process; added 24 owned, managed, and affiliated properties increasing annual revenue from $2 million to over $10 million annually. Developed and implemented the first-ever organization-wide strategic plan with the board of directors, professionalized all day-to-day operations, and implemented online leasing, rent collection, work order, and accounting process.

Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity is a 501(c)7 tax-exempt collegiate membership men's organization established in 1920 that has grown to have a presence on more than 85 college and university campuses. There are more than 55,000 living alumni with an active undergraduate membership of more than 3,000. I also served as the CEO for the Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation a 501(c)3 non-profit public charity and the start-up CEO of the WPN National Housing Company, LLC which now provides housing to Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity chapters across the country. In 2017, I lead efforts to move the company and its employees from Warrensburg, Missouri to a new headquarters facility in the center of the Greek industry in Indianapolis, Indiana.I was responsible for implementing the organization’s re-branding effort and strategic plan, the management of its assets and employees who work for the national headquarters. My priorities include recruitment and growth, alumni engagement, leadership program development, streamlining and enhancing business operations, and fundraising.

Alpha Sigma Phi Foundation (based in Carmel, Indiana) is a 501(c)3 non-profit public charity established in 1945 to support the Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. I was responsible for communications for both the Fraternity and Foundation and worked on specific projects taken from the organization's strategic plan. In the fall of 2012, I was promoted to Senior Director of Advancement and oversaw the Foundation’s annual giving plan, estate giving plan, and the Foundation’s capital campaign to raise $5 million. During my tenure, I established an annual Founders Day Challenge that aimed to raise un-restricted funds totaling the amount equal to the organizations anniversary.

There are more than 60,000 living alumni with an active undergraduate membership of more than 8,000.I was hired as a Leadership Consultant in January 2005 and served the Fraternity for seven and half years in a variety of roles including Director of Expansion, Director of Chapter Development, Director of Communications, Director of Leadership Programming, and Vice President. During my tenure, I oversaw the organizations rebranding effort, the management of its magazine – The Tomahawk, enhancement of leadership and membership education curriculum and the fraternity’s expansion into California.
