Reporting to the Asia Pacific Marketing Operations Director, responsible for the development of the Asia Pacific marketing plan across all customer segments ensuring that all planning milestones were achieved on time. The Asia Pacific region generated $15b of revenue. The planning process encompassed managing the APJ wide marketing investment and budget, CRM infrastructure, business insights and business management systems. Optimising return on investment and demand generation to deliver best practice marketing pipeline, campaign effectiveness and marketing efficiency.Key areas of role: • Project managed the regional planning process ensuring that all key milestones were achieved on time.• Coordinated and provided input into executive reviews for the Asia Pac Marketing VP to global CMO.• Provided business intelligence for the region including Dell’s relevant share position across key product groups.• Led various projects including the standardisation of Marketing metrics for use across the Asia Pac region.
