• Manage all Direct retail operations and Direct retail marketing activity for Canada, focusing on Dyson Demo Yorkdale. Ensuring smooth running of the store with a full calendar of instore activity to drive traffic and.

• Contributed to a very successful first year at Dyson Demo Yorkdale. Breaking-even several months ahead of plan. Currently on track for $1m operating profit in 2018 (vs target of -$700k)
