- Conducted complaint analysis and inspector general investigations on complaints lodged against active duty Air Force, AF Reserve, and Air National Guard general officers, general officer selects, and civilian senior executive service officers. - Performed complainant, subject, witness, and suspect interviews to gather evidence to determine legality and procedural correctness of senior leader actions.- Submit inspection reports directly to The Inspector General of the Air Force for review and possible administrative action

- Transitioned AFDW headquarters from legacy inspection system to new air force inspection system moving focus from compliance to continuous process improvement and monitoring- Headquarters expert on inspection software and the Air Force Inspection and Audit System - Prepared headquarters and communications group for first ever Unit Effectiveness Inspection. - Provided weekly updates on ongoing inspections and preparations & progress to the 2- star AFDW Commander- Efforts resulted in an Excellent rating for executing the mission.- Team lead for all other exercise and compliance inspections for the headquarters and subordinate units

As the Squadron Training Flight Commander, I was responsible for the currency and upgrade training of more than 60 squadron aircrew members. This included monitoring, controlling and creating training programs, and remedial education when necessary.As the Wing Tactical Deception Officer, I was responsible for creating and implementing plans to protect Air Force and Government assets on and around Kadena Air Base in Okinawa Japan.
