Steve is a Realtor for RE/MAX Executive Realty and is licensed in North and South Carolina. In addition to holding his CPA certificate from both CT & FL, and a former corporate finance officer for a major regional homebuilder, Steve believes in providing the highest level of service possible. His peers have recognized Steve as a leader, receiving an invitation to Business Week’s conference for real estate executives, National Register’s Who’s Who In Executives and Professionals, and is a contributor to various industry publications. Each year since 1997, Charlotte Magazine recognized Steve as a 5-Star leader for outstanding customer service. Steve is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the distinguished RE/MAX Chairman’s Club. In addition to being a member of the NAR, NCAR, and CRRA, Steve is a past member of the AICPA, and the NC Association of CPA’s. He is active in the Charlotte Jewish Community and has served on several boards of various religious and non-profit agencies, Habitat for Humanity and participates in the Children’s Miracle Network and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Steve is the former editor of his neighborhood newsletter, and a past member of the HOA Board. Steve also founded and chaired of the local chapter of The Financial Executives Networking Group, a 16,000 national member networking organization; and is also a founding member of the Business Leaders Network.
