Columbia's ERM Masters program is a multi-faceted program that focuses on all risk sources including strategic, operational and financial, and on all aspects of ERM, including ERM framework, risk governance, risk identification, risk quantification, risk decision making and risk messaging. I designed and taught the two courses in Enterprise Risk Management which were included in the OSU's Specialized Master in Finance. ERM-1 focused on the role, governance and practice of Enterprise Risk Management, with real-life examples. ERM-2 introduced advanced risk management concepts, live conversations with industry risk practitioners and delivery of an actual risk management project for an OSU partnership company.
