Began work with Red Frog Events as a contractor in 2007, leading a team of designers and developers through brand creation, website design, and custom web development projects. Our team developed the online presence for Red Frog Events and all of its brands, including Firefly Music Festival, Warrior Dash, Great Urban Race and American Beer Classic - as well as the online registration and ticketing system for all events, their online merchandise stores, and the company’s web-based intranet system.Our team officially merged into the Red Frog Family in 2013. At Red Frog, I worked with the Leadership team to help guide the growth and evolution of our company while developing and refining new event concepts and identifying other business opportunities for Red Frog. As a member of the Brand Development team, I helped shape the character and image of each new brand that was launched, in addition to Red Frog’s own corporate identity. As Vice-President of Creative Services and Information Technology, I led our Web Development, Design, and Multimedia teams through the launch and maintenance of all event websites and stores, as well as the ongoing development of the EventSprout.com registration and ticketing platform. I also oversaw the Information Technology department, helping to build closer collaboration between our web & tech teams, and to improve the performance and security of our websites, internal systems, and data.During my time at Red Frog, our Creative and Tech teams launched more than 30 new brands and websites, while supporting domestic marketing programs and our international brand partners. Collectively, our company’s events generated more than two million online registrations and developed a worldwide presence, primarily through online promotion.

Established the project office for this visual marketing company and contributed to every aspect of its growth, from the ground up. As the company’s Project Director, I managed staff, clients, third-party agencies, outside vendors and talent contracts for multiple marketing projects totaling over one million dollars in annual revenue. Projects were typically web-based, with related streaming video elements (web sites including streaming video, video-based email marketing, banner ads, etc.) Clients included William Wrigley Jr. Co., Art Institute of Chicago, and Chicago Department of Tourism.

Managed all of the agency’s interactive marketing projects, ranging from initial web site builds to leveraging efforts such as promotional mini-sites, banner ads and email marketing campaigns. Clients included Toyota, McDonald’s, Verizon and Culligan.

Established live Internet broadcasts for online legal depositions, including streaming audio, video, transcript and instant messaging. Selected broadcast sites, established relationships with court reporting firms and law firms, gathered technical requirements, set up events on I-DEP’s media servers, tested connectivity on remote client networks, and conducted and supported live depositions. Clients include General Electric, Ford Motors, MetLife, Dow Chemical and Coca-Cola.

Defined, estimated, planned and tracked web-based projects through the entire development process for corporate clients such as Vidal Sassoon, Lexis-Nexis, Oldsmobile and Energizer. Projects included web site development, usability testing, online contests & promotions, banner advertising and email marketing.

Managed project teams through all phases of web site development, e-commerce, computer-based training and interactive marketing projects. Corporate clients included American Eagle Outfitters, Florsheim, Heilig-Meyers Furniture, Metra, Moore North America, Service Merchandise and Staples.
