Managing over 19,500 square feet of Real Estate throughout Coronado, Mission Valley and Encinitas, I provided property management, operational management and construction supervision for both vacation homeowners and permanent residents. I consulted with the homeowner to set the scope of work, hire and supervise all trades and sub-contractors from beginning to completion of the project.
