We wanted this space to be an experience, we host events with live performances from LGBT artists as well as weekly sold-out performance-based Movie nights and with warm reviews about staff and service, fully booked weekends and a loyal returning customer base we feel we have achieved just that.• Involved months before opening I had a hand in physically building the venue as well as developing our Menus, POS, OpenTable & SOP’s systems.• I took on all the HR responsibilities looking after and developing our Inductions & trainings, working closely with all the staff to ensure quality service and job satisfaction with Mental Health and a healthy work environment being at the forefront of my approach.
