I joined Microsoft's newly formed Azure Technical Trainer team in February 2019 as part of the first handful of trainers hired. Several months later I took on Global Community Responsibility for Onboarding, Community and Trainer Advocacy for our large global community of Azure Technical Trainers.Our team skills customers and partners around the world on Azure technical skills to help organizations get the most out of their Azure investments.

As part of Microsoft's Worldwide Partner Group in this newly created role I ensured that partners have the resources, readiness and support they need to help customers with Microsoft's Azure workloads and services.Technical individuals within our partners around the world participated in my community with the goals of peer to peer networking, achieving high levels of technical competency and increasing the depth of technical customer engagements. I was also a champion for our partners to the Azure Engineering, Product Management and Support organizations.

In January 2011 I joined what was then called Microsoft's Delta Force as an Architectural Technologist / Strategist, part of the National System Integrator (NSI) team working with some of the largest System Integrators in the United States on all Microsoft products and solutions.We re-scoped and renamed our team in July 2012. Today, I work with a number of the same National System Integrators but also more broadly with partners across the country exclusively on Office 365 and their office 365 practices.I assist partners with practice growth, building and strategy; Microsoft partner facing technical, marketing and incentive programs, technical readiness and training.

For the first year in HSG, I delivered pre-sales, solution briefings and demos in SE Asia, China and the Middle East on Microsoft HSG's Hospital Information System (HIS) product.The balance of my tenure in HSG was leading the technical pre-sales, demo and support efforts for HSG's partner community in the US around on the HealthVault Community Connect, Care Coordination Manager and Amalga products.

I work on Xbox, Xbox LIVE, Zune, Games for Windows.During my short time in this org, I owned Microsoft's relationships (both tactical and executive) with the worldwide video game rating boards (eg. PEGI in Europe, ESRB in the US).
