Have been progressively promoted throughout tenure at Fry-Wagner, working in a variety of increasingly responsible roles.Selected to implement the company's first logistics sales organization in the Kansas City area, growing the business from zero to nearly $1 million in the first year. - Provide strong operational leadership and strategic direction.- Lead and coordinate various projects, with an eye to process improvements to support best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and grow the business.- Track and manage business in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 2015).- Dispatch and manage drivers, coordinate with brokers as needed.- Developed a paperless process for managing delivery and logistics for a key customer, collapsing more than 250 pages of paperwork down to zero, and enabling automated tracking and management.
