As the Executive Director of ASSURE UAS, I am responsible for the strategic direction of the FAA Center of Excellence dedicated to integrating unmanned aerial systems (UAS) into the national airspace system. With over 40 years of global operations and leadership experience, I have the expertise and vision to lead a diverse and collaborative network of research institutes, government agencies, and industry partners in advancing the UAS field and addressing its challenges and opportunities.My core competencies include collaborative cross-functional leadership, innovation and change management, strategic planning and execution, and team motivation and development.
