Spun off from PDC in 1997, I was asked to go with the new company to help build the channel in the central region and Canada. We staffed 1 SE each in the West, Central and Eastern regions. Our goal was to go public or get purchased and our strategy was to build the OEM and reseller channel utilizing a 100% indirect model. We accomplished our goal when Intelliguard was purchased by Legato in April 1999.
